Beach Hut Room
Our elegant and versatile Beach Hut dining room and party space is the perfect venue for meetings, formal dinners & canapé parties. With an unbeatable view of the sea as well as space for up to 55 to dine or 70 to mingle, the Beach Hut Dining Room provides a memorable backdrop for a wide range of occasions! We never charge to hire out the rooms but would ask that you meet a minimum spend across the course of your day.
In addition to our range of bespoke menus, we can happily discuss other party and canapé menu options!

The Sunset Room
The Sunset Room, with 180 degree views over the beach and sea plus direct access to the terrace, the Sunset Room is the perfect space for your private function. Whether it be a formal sit-down meal or a more informal canapé party, we are able to seat parties up to 25 or host thirty guests for a non-seated event. For hire of this space we do require a minimum spend to be met across the course of your day.

Our Conservatory is a fun and casual space that can be hired for a seated event for up to 35 people and a standing reception of up to 50. This space, with generous and beautiful views of the sea, provides a really fun atmosphere to suit all occasions!
We are a beautiful venue located right on the beach of Hayling Island, with a dedicated team to look after your every need, offering a bespoke service to ensure every detail is perfect for your wedding celebration.
Our various rooms with bar, terrace and Hayling Island’s most romantic sea views make for the ideal space to celebrate your wedding day. With space for up to 75 to dine or 100 to mingle, the possibilities are endless!
