Follow signs to Hayling Island from the A3 or A27, cross the bridge onto the island, and follow the signs to Beachlands where you will find Inn on the Beach.
To the west is Langstone Harbour where oysters were farmed from 700 BC to the 1970s. To the east is Chichester Harbour, 27 square miles of navigable waters, stunning scenery and the second largest marina in Britain.
